Warm-Up
Warm-Up Option #1:
Primary:
-Please run in your yard or around your house for 2-3 minutes!
-Please complete 3 of the warm-up/stretch activities
Intermediate:
- Please run in your yard or around your house for 4-5 minutes.
- Please complete 3+ warm-up activities. If you remember warm-up activities from PE class, you can also choose to do those. Some reminders: jumping jacks, plank, sit-ups, squats, burpees, and lunges.
